And after the nmap / port scanning, port 110 was used as the default POP3 unopened same alias Shorewall closed ... :-P
The solution so just add the Shorewall rules in it, like this:
POP3/ACCEPT net $ FW
POP3/ACCEPT loc $ FW
restarting Shorewall
# Shorewall restart
